July availability.

The summer has been great so far, so many beautiful hot days! Here is update to my availability for July -
10th of July - evening
11the of July - afternoon/evening

And here is something exciting - for one week of July: from Friday the 18th July afternoon/evening till Friday the 24th of July all the sessions will be just £20 instead of £100. Sessions outside of Bristol are welcome, just check if the travel fees apply if it's too far! Summer is here!!!

Family of three

It was a lovely warm autumn morning, we ended up not being at the location we have previously planned, attracted by the lovely alley at Clifton. A morning of throwing leaves, exploring and making dinosaur noises :) Here are some of my favourites from the session, although there are so much more that I love!

Buttercup dream

It's been a couple of months since this session, so this place doesn't look like this anymore. It transforms when the buttercups are in bloom! It's like a yellow sea.. it doesn't last long, just under a month. If you would like a session in the buttercups, it's time to plan for 2015 -  the end of May, beginning of June of the next year!

I can go on for ages... But I have to restrain myself from posting the entire session!

I'm super excited about all the sessions in buttercups that are coming up, so we went to check them out and they are great and more on the way! Buttercups!

I always get inspired by what I see outside... Not that the bluebells are over, it's on to the buttercups! And they are so beautiful, especially in the evening sun. Also, I have just 2 weekend session openings available for May - evening of the 23rd of May (Friday) and morning of the 24th of May (Saturday). One cold and frosty morning...

When I first photographed this little princess, she was only 2 months old -click here to see my favourites from that session. When we met for the second time, she has grown so much and It just had to be extremely cold that morning, and she braved out the cold and was having a great adventure. She saw a castle, a cave, saw a dog and played in the leaves. She was full of smiles and had a great time, until she was tired, cold and hungry! Just like it happens to babies. Here are some of my favourites from that session - all smiles and excitement!

Family photography - Bristol

As a photographer I get to meet different people and families and I get to know a little bit about their story. With her mum from Venezuela and dad from Greece, this little girl has all the chances to speak 3 languages, she will also have special visitors and will get to travel a lot. But most importantly, and I hope you can see it in the images that I have taken, she will grow up feeling very loved and cared for. It was such a pleasure to spend a morning creating the images to look back to and remember and for all the relatives who are so far away to see the little princess as a baby.

Wow, it's been a very busy year so far! Even despite the weather... I have enjoyed meeting a lot of new lovely families and also I have spent too many in front ot the computer editing, ordering and replying all the enquieries I've been receiving. Which leaves me with not that much time for blogging if I want to get any sleep at all!
But it's about time I have shared session with this absolutely adorable little girl! She made my job so easy. Perfect age as she could already sit up but couldn't crawl away from me just yet. And oh she was so expressive and cute! And lets not forget about her mum and dad who are so obviously very much in love with her.

Moments to warm your heart

It seems like I spend most of the time of my sessions chasing the perfect family portait, but the moments that warm my heart are always spontaneous and natural. Like a baby resting on her mummy's shoulder:

Availability...

Edited ont the 5th of June to add - the only Saturday available for having a sesssion out of Bristol before I'm due is the 24th of July. Thank you to all of you who have contacted me! I have a few evenings left for the sessions in Bristol, so please contact me if you are interested in having one.

I had a look at my calendar and realised, I don't actually have that many Saturdays available till our second baby is born! So I thought I would post them here. That's all I have left - 12th of June, 10th and 24th of July. Then I have a wedding to shoot in the middle of August and I'm due at the end of August! I will still be able to shoot in the evenings of the week days in Bristol and the best light happens to be after 6-7 pm, so contact me if you are interested in a session.

My new website is now under constraction, I'm so excited to have everything new and shiny!

We were really enjoying the heat recently. It's raining again today but I'm hoping the summer will be nice!

Happy first day of spring!

It really does feel like spring! Warm and sunny, I just hope it will stay that way. And can't wait till everything starts blossoming! Can't wait to take all the photos!
I do have to catch up on February! It was a busy month - my and Lucy's birthdays, plus we attended a lot of her friend's birthday parties too. I have to say I enjoy going to all those parties - to see my and my freind's toddlers running around so happy is very rewarding.I will share some of the photos from Lucy's party and some other from February. I can't believe she is 2 now....
